Printwise Global provides fingerprinting, background checks, apostille and legalization, and certified translation. Processing times and outcomes depend in part on third-party government agencies and authorities outside our control.

You agree to provide accurate information and valid identification, and to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for confirming the specific requirements of the authority receiving your documents.

Service fees, government fees, and shipping are quoted before work begins. Government and third-party fees are non-refundable once incurred.

We are not liable for delays, rejections, or decisions made by government agencies or receiving authorities. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
